What's a Movement Snack?

A movement snack is moving your body for a short period of time, throughout the day to keep your body feeling good! We want to snack on movement like we snack on food, and we want to develop the craving to do so.

In a world that has lost touch with our physicality, movement snacking can allow us to redevelop our relationship with our bodies.

Jake Ruth

CEO, Teacher

Jake is the CEO of Daily Movement Snacks and is also a student under Antonio Torres. He is a certified NASM personal trainer and has a background working in an office spaces doing traditionally sedentary work. His goal is to bring movement to more people and help reintegrate movement into modern society through Daily Movement Snacks.

Antonio Torres is both a student and teacher of Movement. He has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology, has been teaching for over a decade and has traveled around the world to learn from the very best teachers in various fields. He is currently training under Odelia Goldschmidt

Daniel is a movement teacher and physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience. Originally from Croatia, he moved to the UK six years ago. Since then, he has taught in movement and yoga studios across east London, as well as being one of the main teachers in the London Movement Group.

He is the co-founder of the Movement Teacher Training, a professional education & qualification program for Movement enthusiasts and career changers.
